Bird Lady

Short film created to explore the character's activity using various animation techniques including: puppetry, pixelation, claymation, replacement animation.

The Bird Lady puppet:

• Aluminum wire and brass channel armatures

• Shaped foam body

• Wire hands covered in Latex and cotton

• Cast plastic head

All clothing is hand sewn using custom-made patterns. There are wires sewn into the hat brim and skirt hem.
